Home Theater so far…

Okay so I have been getting emails and requests to post my home theater setup. Friends are actually bringing their friends over to see and hear my setup. While its not “ALL THAT” I am quite proud of it and enjoy every chance I get to just sit and listen to it. Different people are impressed by different aspects of it. I just love all of it. So here goes….

Now I know I KNOW, I have been a Mac guy for years and I felt terrible building a Windows based machine for this. But you know to build that in a Mac is impossible and to buy it I would have spent easily 5 grand. Hopefully I can move it over to a Mac system in a few years. But for now I am happy with it.

So thats it…Really to play WoW is absolutely great. I love it. To hear it is awesome. For my first REAL home theater setup I am very proud of it. While I don’t have insane money into it. I do have a good amount and about 2 years of saving, researching and purchasing each piece. One of my favorite activities now is to just sit in my chair sit back and listen to music and just jam out. I love it. Actually very therapeutic. I would recommend spending the money and investing in this if you have a very stressful lifestyle and just need a way to sit back and relax. Get your favorite drink, turn up your favorite album, close your eyes and just listen. You will be amazed what it can do for you and your body.

I just got the PS3 last night. I love it. Playing COD4 on it was amazing. With the gunshots, bombs, airstrikes flying overhead it was great. I really cant wait for SOCOM4 and GT.

Anyways. That is about it. I will putting a few pics as soon as my wife gets them off the camera touches them up and sends them to me. As technically astute as I am you would think I could do that….

Sasquatch!!!!

I got for my birthday this Garden Statue of Bigfoot. I cant wait to put him next to a bush walking out from behind it! Ha I love it.

Well….

Sorry its been a while since I have wrote. Really so far this year I have faultered creatively to try and come up with good posts. And the few things have been been happening in my life I haven’t wanted to post for the public to view. So that has really left almost nothing to post about.

But what I do have to say…Sometimes selfishness comes out of fear of losing something that is very important to you. Meaning that what sometimes appears to be extreme selfishness is sometimes only a cover to the reality of losing something that has been so close to you for so long that you have no other way to cope. And sometimes when you have lost several very important things it makes the selfishness even more intense because you dont want to lose anything else or anymore of yourself…..

Happy New Year!!

Hopefully being a even numbered year this will turn out to be a great year. Ussually the even numbers are the best. 2007 was okay…nothing great happened either bad or good so that is a good thing. Things I hope to accomplish this year.

Find a new job. I have got to get out of this current job. It really isn’t so bad, but I just cant handle being on call ALL THE TIME. I get 2 days off a month and that just is not enough. Even though I work at home, I can never completely relax. And I can sit at home all day waiting for work and JUST when I think I can relax around 7 or so that evening, I get a call that I have to drive 3 hours one way. So I don’t get home until 1am or later. Then it never fails the next day will FULL of work. So I am sleep deprived driving all over the state. I hate it, and I cant handle it anymore.

Start working on the basement and hopefully get it finished. Our neighbor just sold his house last spring for an astronomical amount. And his house was or is identical to mine. Aside his basement was finished. So our basement needs to finished. Not only for the investment value but so I have my “Dog Pound” area.

And finally enact a life change that will hopefully enable me to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I am hoping that in finding a new job that will allow me to take that time will help a lot in that.

Well that is about it for now. So happy new year to everybody and I hope everyone has a great one.

Ryan I hope everything is going okay. We haven’t heard anything so naturally we are worried. But we understand you may not have the time to stop and update.
